Prime Minister Louis St. Laurent visits city
A red, white, and blue peony — The Prime Minister is putting the flowers into the lapel of his coat, prior to his car pulling away from the CNR station for a tour of the City. The flowers were presented to Mr. St. Laurent by two little girls. The Prime Minister wore the flowers throughout his entire visit of Portage.
